GERTRUDE PSWARAYI-JABSON is Country Coordinator for the Participatory
Ecological Land Use Management (PELUM) Zimbabwe. For the past two
decades she has been working with Civil Society Organisations to raise
consciousness on agro-ecology, food systems, gender, information and
communication technologies and livelihoods on practical and political
intervention level. She is an Earth Jurisprudence practitioner, holds a
MSc. degree in Development Studies and a BSc and a Degree in Journalism
and Media Studies

and

NYASHA MAKAYA IS SCIENTIFIC OFFICER within the Resilient Farm and Food
Systems program at the International Crops Research Institute for
theArid Tropics (ICRISAT) with longstanding experience. He has worked in
programs such as the Livelihoods and Food Security Programme (LFSP) and
the Zimbabwe Resilience Building Fund (ZRBF), and is currently working
under the TAKUNDA project in Masvingo and Manicaland. He holds a Master
of Science (MSc) Degree in Crop Science (Agronomy) from the Midlands
State University.
